What this notice covers

This notice covers this website and the Jawdex waiting list. A full privacy policy for the Jawdex platform will be published before the platform opens.

What we collect

• What you enter in the waiting-list form: your name, company, email address or mobile number, preferred contact method and, if you choose, your role.
• Technical data needed to protect the form from abuse: a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier, and the time of submission. We do not store your raw IP address with your entry.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about Jawdex early access, using the method you chose, and to keep the waiting list free of spam. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details. Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services, EU Frankfurt region) under its standard data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

Until the platform opens to you, or 24 months, whichever comes first, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Anti-abuse rate-limit data is deleted automatically after two hours.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by replying to any message we send you. We follow UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and respect equivalent rights under other laws that apply to you.

We will update this page if anything changes and show the new date at the top.
